Lead a high-visibility, high-impact transformation of a 420-unit asset.
Implement proactive maintenance practices appropriate for a Class A environment post-repositioning.
Strengthen collaboration between leasing, operations, and maintenance teams.
Oversee budgeting, rent growth strategies, financial reporting, and revenue optimization.
Monitor unit turns, capital projects, schedule adherence, and quality control.
Set clear performance standards and foster a service-driven, Class A culture.
Lead all day-to-day operations for both properties during an intensive transition period.
Implement new operational technology, including Entrada, and ensure full adoption across the teams.
Work closely with engaged ownership on a flagship repositioning.
Oversee maintenance operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and long-term asset value.
Manage significant resident turnover and maintain strong communication with current and incoming residents.
Rebuild, develop, and mentor a high-performing onsite team across two properties.
Ensure renovation activities minimally disrupt resident experience and operations.
Build a team from the ground up and shape the long-term resident and employee experience.
Partner closely with ownership, construction, and vendors on the $2M renovation

Multi-site or regional management experience strongly preferred.
Strong financial, operational, and communication skills.
Background in major repositioning, value-add, heavy-lift, or acquisition transitions.
