Description

The Section Manager will lead teams to develop and enhance the portfolio of products and applications under the Customer Energy Solutions (CES) Customer Analytics, Reporting, and Engagement (CARE) program. The CARE program seeks to enable the Clean Energy Future through digital products and tools that support our customers and our business programs. This role will be accountable for management of the product teams responsible for launching the CARE portfolio of products that include clean energy programs and rate recommendation tools. The Section Manager is responsible for oversight and strategic decision‑making for the overall CARE portfolio, delivering the product vision, strategy and development roadmap while ensuring the products are built with the end customer in mind. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to develop a functional comprehension of the various CES business processes and programs.

• Lead teams developing and enhancing the CES CARE product portfolio.
• Manage product teams launching clean energy programs and rate recommendation tools.
• Define product vision, strategy, and development roadmap with a customer‑centric focus.
• Provide strategic oversight and decision‑making for the overall CARE portfolio.
