Our client is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support onboarding and offboarding for internal employees and external vendors. This role partners closely with HR, IT, and business operations to ensure a smooth and compliant hiring process.
Partner with HR, IT, and operations to manage system access and hardware requests
Safely handle sensitive and confidential information
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for internal and vendor hires
Ensure completion of onboarding paperwork, training, and compliance requirements
Set up new hires in HRIS and track background checks, drug testing, and start readiness
Track onboarding status, IT tickets, and required documentation
