The Logistics Representative I role handles finished‑goods inventory using SAP and other systems. Responsibilities include document preparation, order processing, inventory balancing, container coordination, and shipment verification to meet customer requirements. The position supports department goals and provides data to the supervisor for growth and sustainability.
Daily logistics activities cover transportation, planning, and order processing of final products under management direction. The role ensures timely, accurate order handling, conducts audit checks, and coordinates inventory with the Supply Chain Center, product management, production units, and shipping operations. Input is provided for monthly and other reports, and the representative responds to shipping‑related customer complaints while maintaining key supply‑chain relationships.
Basic qualifications are a high‑school diploma with six years of relevant experience or an associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management with one year of experience, plus eligibility to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC). Preferred qualifications include advanced SAP knowledge and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and web‑based applications, as well as solid familiarity with logistics and supply‑chain processes.
