Global leader in electrification, automation and digitization for industries, infrastructure and buildings.
The role supports complex, engineered‑to‑order medium‑voltage distribution, protection, and control equipment used in utilities, generators, industrial plants, water and wastewater facilities, and data centers.
Key duties involve developing 3D model libraries for switchgear products, designing customer orders in the SEE 3D Panel+ environment, maintaining and updating these models, and driving continuous improvement of the modeling process. The engineer will also support automation initiatives, resolve engineering issues that arise on the shop floor, and collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams through SIM meetings and e‑Andon management.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics engineering or a related field, and have at least three years of experience designing electrical distribution equipment. Proficiency with 3D modeling tools (preferably Creo) and engineering software such as SEE XP, AutoCAD, Symmetry, LDS, and ODM+ is required, along with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
