Looking to build your career and design your future? The Machine Operator role at Interior Logic Group focuses on operating machinery in the fabrication shop while ensuring all equipment is maintained and serviced according to established protocols.
Core responsibilities include inspecting slabs for defects, ensuring accurate cuts, polishing and cutting stone edges to specifications, and performing any other duties assigned. Advanced levels expand these duties with increased material knowledge and expert oversight of production schedules.

The position requires the ability to stand, sit, walk, bend and stoop for eight or more hours and to lift more than 50 pounds. Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED, with a technical degree preferred, and possess basic mechanical skills for maintenance.
Three qualification levels are defined. Level I calls for 1‑3 years of experience running a machine, Level II adds 3‑5 years, mastery of at least one machine and cross‑training on multiple machines, and Level III requires 5 or more years, expert‑level operation, maintenance, and stone‑characteristic identification, along with leadership and mentoring abilities.
