Create and coordinate Revit/CAD mechanical & electrical building models.

Tasks

-Develop and coordinate Mechanical and/or Electrical system drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project standards. -Maintain and manage BIM models throughout all project phases, ensuring model integrity and consistency across disciplines. -Assist with Revit family creation, template development, and standardization to improve design efficiency. -Enhance the world around you - from the environment to the highways, to the buildings and the terrain, WSP is the fabric of Canada. -Support design teams with the development of HVAC/Plumbing/Fire Protection and/or Power/Lighting/Communication Systems. -Review model and drawings to ensure accuracy. -Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other disciplines to ensure effective integration of building systems. -Participate in model coordination and clash detection reviews.

What You Bring

-Understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection and/or Lighting, Power distribution layouts is strong asset. -Familiarity with BIM execution plans and multidisciplinary model coordination -3+ years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical drafting and design for building systems. -Familiarity with Revit (BIM model setup, family creation, coordination workflows), BIM360/ACC and AutoCAD. -Diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Systems Design from an accredited institution.
