Must have UK consultancy experience
Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience managing complex budgets, procurement strategies, and value engineering.
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, delegate, and manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
Extensive experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record of delivering UK-based real estate or construction projects at scale.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the gravitas to engage confidently with senior clients, consultants, contractors, and investors.
Proactive, strategic, and adaptable leader with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation consultancy environments.
Relevant professional qualifications (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, or equivalent) are strongly advantageous.
Expertise in contract administration (e.g., JCT, NEC, or similar) with the ability to provide guidance and oversight to junior colleagues.
Deep understanding of the full project lifecycle, from feasibility through to delivery and operational handover.
