Role
What you would be doing

- Monitor the daily Open Order Report for assigned projects, research any discrepancies, and communicate necessary changes.
- Participate in weekly team MWI meetings to review projects.
- Analyze assigned projects, establish schedules and project parameters, and set up a meeting cadence per project.
- Manage BACNET issuance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project fulfillment efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Execute any changes needed for assigned projects throughout their lifecycle, including expedite requests, cancellations, address changes, POC changes, model transitions, reorders.
- Respond to all inquiries for assigned projects and maintain the project queue.
- Maintain data integrity in SAP for all assigned commercial project orders.
- Collaborate with Logistics and Warehouse teams to ensure project requirements are executed.
- Initiative: Takes proactive steps to address issues and improve processes.
- Escalate credit requests to the management team.
- Suggesting substitutions for out-of-stock products.
- Request transfers as needed to meet project requirements.
- Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
- Ensure projects are captured on the Project Fulfillment Dashboard.
- Work closely with customers to ensure all project requirements are met.

- Proven planning, problem-solving, and business logic abilities.
- BS degree in Project or Business Management or equivalent experience.
- Time Management: Prioritizes tasks and manages time effectively to meet deadlines.

- Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of order management.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Communication: Clearly conveys information and ideas through a variety of media.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
