Site Supervisor Retro Fit

Description

• Act as the onsite point of contact for residents and client teams
• Build strong working relationships to support performance, communication and customer satisfaction
• Support programme planning, sequencing and access management
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including H&S files, permits and F10 where applicable
• Ensure all variations are correctly identified, recorded and agreed with clients
• Deliver and reinforce safe systems of work, including toolbox talks and onsite briefings
• Supervise day-to-day delivery of retrofit and planned maintenance projects
• Coordinate operatives and subcontractors to meet programme, productivity and KPI targets
• Ensure all works follow specifications, drawings, method statements and risk assessments
• Conduct pre-inspections and provide clear, timely reports
• Monitor onsite compliance, escalating issues promptly and ensuring corrective actions are closed out
• Ensure all works meet required quality standards, retrofit specifications and PAS 2030/PAS 2035 principles (if applicable)
• Monitor progress against daily/weekly targets and adjust resource allocation when needed

Requirements

• Competent using Microsoft Office and digital job-management tools
• Working knowledge of H&S legislation and safe onsite supervision
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple work fronts
• Experience liaising with residents, client representatives and multiple trade teams
• Asbestos Awareness
• Flexibility to travel between sites across the region
• Strong understanding of energy-efficiency, fabric improvements or property refurbishment
• Ability to produce clear reports and communicate technical information effectively
• Full UK driving licence
• Scaffold inspection training
• Understanding of SOR codes, variation processes and work documentation
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within retrofit, planned works or maintenance
• Background managing multi-trade works across occupied residential properties
• Retrofit or PAS 2030/PAS 2035 understanding (training can be provided)
• SMSTS (preferred) or equivalent site supervision qualification
