Coordinate the repair, rework, and refurbishment requirements for warranty replacements as required.
Perform product returns inspection as required.
Collaborate with the Aftersales team in terms of analysing warranty claims, approving warranty replacements, managing the return of faulty products for QA assessment and managing Fault Analysis.
Coordinate with suppliers to arrange product credits and support root cause investigations and corresponding corrective actions.
Manage the disposition of warranty returns.
Where required, review and approve test reports.
Maintain detailed records on quality systems and analyse field failure data for quality reporting, including failure type grouping and field failure rate monitoring.
Review and approve quotes from electrical contractors for rectification works, including site removal and replacement of faulty products.
Support compliance review of incoming goods and new products introduced to the market.
Provide technical guidance to ensure product compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Coordinate and participate with the internal cross-functional team to identify root cause and implement corrective actions.

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
Trade qualification (e.g., Electrical Fitter, Electrician, or Electrical Technician) may be considered with relevant experience.
Strong analytical and documentation skills with the ability to manage data for quality, and compliance reporting.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience in product compliance, quality assurance, or after-sales/warranty processes within a technical or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of Australian and New Zealand standards for lighting or electrical products (e.g., AS/NZS standards).
Understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management System or similar frameworks.
Certification in Testing & Tagging, Electrical Safety, or High Voltage Testing is advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams, suppliers, and service providers.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a QA, testing, or manufacturing role related to electrical or electronic products.
