Support depots identified to have potential performance challenges, providing targeted in-depot coaching and refresher training.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of regional training, ensuring all sessions are engaging, inclusive, and aligned to Trade performance objectives.
Partner with Regional Directors, HRBPs, and the Trade Delivery Manager to plan, prioritise, and deploy the Regional L&D Plan in line with business needs.
