Coordinates and monitors the building systems trades activity and enforces the preapproved trade contractor quality-management programs.
Leads the coordination drawing process and provides direction on model coordination, as required.
Attends management, owner, and architect meetings related to building systems.
Accepts submission of building systems trade contractor quality-management programs and reviews for completeness and compliance with project specifications.
Assists with the review of change notices/orders related to building systems for pricing, scope, and schedule impact.
Liaises with utility providers to provide services to the project as per project schedule.
Reviews and understands prime contract and building systems subcontract details and ensures contract management of the trade contractors.
Adheres to and supports internal safety programs.

2 to 3 years of progressive experience in mechanical/electrical construction preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Tradesperson or post-secondary diploma/degree in a related discipline (e.g., mechanical, electrical, controls) is preferred.
