Participer à l’élaboration du budget annuel et des prévisions trimestrielles en collaboration avec le directeur général
Assurer le suivi des comptes clients, fournisseurs et des comptes bancaires. Supporter la personne responsable de la collection au besoin.
Réconcilier les écritures de paie fournies avec le grand-livre général. Assurer la bonne démarcation et les courus appropriés en lien avec les comptes touchant la paie.
Préparer des états financiers mensuels complet et exact en conformité avec les IFRS incluant d’autres informations financières et les soumettre dans le système de consolidation de OneStream selon le calendrier corporatif.
S’assurer que tous les processus d’affaires sont documentés et consignés dans un manuel de procédure.
Contribuer à la mise en place, la maintenance et l’amélioration des systèmes comptables et des outils financiers en vue de l’implantation d’un centre de service partagé.
Suivre les performances par rapport au budget et analyser les écarts.
Tenir à jour les registres comptables, y compris la saisie comptable, la classification et le rapprochement des transactions.
