- Ensuring compliance with legislation including Health and Safety and other regulations
- Preparation and administration of service charge expenditure
- Provide support and assistance to clients in connection with value enhancement opportunities including rent reviews, lettings and lease renewal programs
- Dealing with tenant applications for consent to assign, sublet and alter
- Arranging and undertaking property inspections
- Reporting to and working with clients on tenure and physical improvements to properties

- RICS Accredited Degree for the Commercial Real Estate Pathway, with honors at lower second standard (2:21) or equivalent and GCSE grade 4 (or C) or above in English and mathematics
- Enthusiasm and commitment to client requirements
- For non-cognate Non-RICS Accredited Degree with honours at lower second standard (2:2) and GCSE grade 4 (or C) or above in English and mathematics
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork and relationship building with gravitas amongst clients
- Readiness to take responsibility, act on your own initiative and remain calm under pressure
- Enjoy working in different environments as you will be out on site as well as in the office
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, time management and organizational skills
- Non-RICS accredited degree: 30-month programme designed to support you in completing an MSc in Commercial Real Estate and APC to become a chartered Surveyor
- RICS-accredited degree: 24-month programme designed to support you in completing the APC to become a chartered Surveyor
- Hybrid working to offer you a great work life balance, with a minimum of three days in the office. The first 6 months of the program you will be required to work from the office full time
