Manage quality improvement initiatives & support development of Centres of Excellence model
Manage call logging control system for breakdowns and service (including maintenance of Out of Hours call-out rota)
Appoint 3rd parties where necessary to cover breakdowns and raise order numbers upon completion
Respond to breakdowns and appoint engineers by identifying most cost-effective solution whilst taking into account customers SLA's
Drive technical skills development and apprenticeship programme
Ensure highest levels of quality and availability of products; whilst maintaining optimum stock levels
Ensure compliance with all regulations relating to Health and Safety/Quality Assurance including completion of statutory training
Prioritise and manage a repair program (Target high earning / UTE % items) ensuring that all assets are fully compliant with current Health & Safety regulations and maintained in line with the relevant service schedules
Field Service Planning for your team of field service engineers throughout the region
Carry out any investigations for major failure on assets; identifying trends and carrying out root cause analysis with relevant stakeholders
