- Supervise accounting and taxation activities across business units and projects.
- Oversee due diligence, risk management, treasury operations, and credit rating processes.
- Drive fund-raising initiatives aligned with business needs.
- Oversee commercial aspects of Joint Development Agreements (JDAs), project feasibility, and other commercial contracts.
- Plan and manage cash flow for the financial year, covering existing and upcoming projects.
