  • Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
  • Provide technical support to the site for mechanical equipment and fixed assets.
  • Ensure all established policies and procedures are maintained. Maintain documentation of routine maintenance schedules, system configurations, applications, and technical reference materials.
  • Work within broad guidelines and policies.
  • Develop risk management plans that will anticipate reliability-related and non-reliability-related risks that could adversely impact plant operations.
  • Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams.
  • Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
  • Define, design, develop, monitor, and refine an asset's maintenance plan.
  • Solve complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • Exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • Work with engineering and operations teams to perform the evaluation of assets.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and restore routine technical service and equipment problems.
  • Identify faults and symptoms using established processes and procedures.

  • Minimum of four (4) years experience as a Reliability Engineer or job-related experience
  • Product Data Management (PDM) system experience
  • Failure Mode and Effects & Root Cause Analysis (FMEA)
  • Asset reliability and life cycle experience
  • Technical and/or Program Management experience
  • Explain difficult or sensitive information and work to build consensus and convinces to reach agreement.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
