Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited institution, graduating Fall 2025 – Spring 2026
Extensive Environmental, Health and, Safety (EHS) online and in person training
Basic understanding of control systems or automation
Safety certifications and equipment fundamentals for both LV and MV systems
Communication protocols and networking (Modbus, IEC 61850, DNP3)
SCADA system integration and commissioning
Hands-on experience with LV and MV switchgear installation, commissioning, and maintenance
MV circuit breaker types and operation
Diagnostic testing and troubleshooting
Willing to travel up to 80%
Previous internship or field experience in electrical engineering
Experience or coursework in power systems and electrical distribution
Modbus (RTU and TCP)
Electrical Safety (NFPA 70E & OSHA 30)
Physical ability to perform field work (climbing, lifting, working at heights with proper safety equipment)
IEC 61850 (Power System Communication)
Introduction to Siemens relays
Ability to start full-time employment in January 2026 or June 2026
Travel across the U.S. supporting field service operations
Diverse Applications: Experience with utilities, industrial facilities, data centers, renewable energy, and commercial installations
