Support tenant services and office operations for Bentall Centre property in Vancouver.

Tasks

-Partner with the Events team to ensure successful planning, setup, and on-site execution of tenant events. -Provide customer service and hospitality to tenants, vendors, and visitors including coordinating building access. -Prepare and distribute invoices, tenant memos, rent statements, newsletters, and tenant welcome packages. -Handle key aspects of office operations including administering signage program, ordering office supplies, and processing mail and tenant billings. -Keep information accurate for buildings, leases, contacts, and emergency procedures. -Track and upload Certificates of Insurance including requesting them and following up on any issues with the tenant or vendor. -Collaborate with building operations teams to address tenant work orders. -Requires movement between departments to facilitate work. -Build rapport and relationships with tenants including greeting them as they arrive and promptly responding to tenant requests.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s Degree preferred. -Requires close, distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception. -Interest or experience in real estate. -Knowledge of Yardi, Angus, or other similar systems preferred. -Ability to multi-task with a customer-focused approach. -Requires work such as tours throughout the property portfolio, including construction sites, usually performed by walking and/or climbing stairs. -Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. -Requires frequent travel within the property. -Availability to work on site Monday-Friday. -Requires a wide range of constant physical activities, including but not limited to standing, walking, and sitting. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -2+ years of administrative experience in a corporate environment. -Requires lifting plans or boxes of 50 pounds or more occasionally.
