Senior Financial & Corporate Insurance Analyst

Description

• Review of profitability drivers that are incremental or decremental to the expected results.
• Conduct reviews with plant and corporate financial and management personnel to review results and identify corrective actions to improve performance.
• Development of reports to focus on analysis of results and drivers for over and under performance.
• Analysis of interim and period financial results by location.

Requirements

• Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across departments.
• Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designation is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP System is a plus.
• Problem Solving: Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration from an accredited university. MBA or Master’s is a plus.
• Prior experience with commercial insurance programs required, with experience in a multi-location manufacturing business preferred.
• 5+ years of work experience.
• Communication & Influence: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate financial data in an effective way.
