The fitter will verify material specifications, operate and set up shop equipment, build fixtures to improve workflow, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Safety is a priority, and the role includes training newer crew members.
Aristeo is seeking an experienced fitter who can read prints, solve challenges, and keep top-quality work on schedule. The position is second‑shift, Monday through Friday, from 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM.
Candidates must read blueprints, run equipment, weld, and have a valid AWS D1.1 certification. A high school diploma or GED and experience in structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication are required.
