- Residential Solar*** Position Summary As an Installer, your responsibilities are to assemble, install, or maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on roofs or other structures in compliance with site assessment and schematics. May include measuring, cutting, assembling, and bolting structural framing and solar modules. Job Duties/ Responsibilities
- Handle trenching and concrete work
- Use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- Climb ladders, scaffolds, or poles
- Repeat the same movements
- Move two or more limbs together (for example, two arms, two legs, or one leg and one arm) while remaining in place
- Determine the distance between objects

- Regular, reliable and predictable attendance
- Lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, rain, crawl spaces, etc.)
- Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks
- Must have a valid state driver's license
- Must have electrical and roof racking experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- May perform required travel for extended periods at a time
- Kneel, stoop, crouch, or crawl
- Walk or run for long periods of time
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
- Properly use Personal Protective Equipment
- 6+ months of residential solar experience and/or HVAC, Roofing, and related fields preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- React quickly using hands, fingers, or feet
- Understand the speech of another person
- Must have a clean driving record
- Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday
- Attention to detail
- Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs, work on rooftops and able to work on your feet for long periods of time
