The Bilingual Appointment Coordinator‑Sales Dispatch role is an in‑office, full‑time position in Fort Lauderdale, FL, working evenings from 1:30 pm to 10 pm with Thursdays and Saturdays off and Sundays 10:30 am to 7 pm. The coordinator supports sales representatives by managing appointment schedules, handling issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Communicate professionally with sales representatives and customers over the phone
• Resolve appointment‑related issues for sales reps
• Coordinate daily sales consultations and track progress
• Enter and manage data using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook)

Requirements

• Resourceful, quick problem‑solver with adaptability to change
• Experience building trust with customers via inbound and outbound calls
• Tech‑savvy with strong data‑entry and Microsoft Office skills
• Active listening, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
• Prior experience in appointment coordination or sales dispatch
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent
