Create and maintain relationships with Inside, Field Sales representatives and senior service technicians.
Work towards set KPI’s including, Volume of Outbound Call, Volume of Quotations, Order Conversion Rate, Order Values and Quote & Pricing Quality
Determine opportunity % of incoming opportunities.
Make outbound calls to progress opportunities, close orders, and proactively engage your sales plan customers
Close transactional sales from incoming calls and convert incoming calls generated by marketing campaigns into sales
Resolve the majority of customer requests independently
Make sure our non rental costs are appropriately priced (Fuel, Freight & Rehire)
Follow our sales and hire coordination processes and complete all of the relevant steps within our CRM & CPQ systems

Very strong Customer Service Skills
Good technical aptitude
Some previous experience in a sales environment with process proficiency or prior formal training in a sales process
PC literacy in a Microsoft environment
Proven track record of utilizing CRM & CPQ
Pass leads to other representatives who own specific customer relationships
Team player with an ability to adapt to new challenges
