Install and retrofit HVAC mechanical systems and components.

Provide proactive recommendations for system improvements and future repairs to optimize performance.
Perform start-ups, installations, and commissioning of HVAC mechanical and control systems to enhance technical proficiency.

Strong technical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and support entry-level technicians.
Gas Fitter 1 Technician license or Oil Burner certification is an asset, especially for candidates actively working toward completion.
Strong understanding of HVAC and controls systems, including energy management systems, with the ability to diagnose and resolve system issues.
