Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and concisely to senior leadership and external partners.
Highly motivated individual capable of working independently and collaboratively, with a strong track record of driving results and achieving key performance.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing teams and driving people development.
Advanced program management skills, with a history of successfully driving large-scale projects and initiatives to completion.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and influence organizational outcomes. Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
