Guide, develop, and manage the Talent Acquisition team, building strong, trusted, consultative TA support capabilities.
Maintain an understanding of Boldt’s business goals and strategies to understand the recruitment needs of our organization.
Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure labor law compliance. Keep current on labor legislation and inform other HR partners of updates and changes.
Own and support our talent acquisition process by monitoring approvals, open position requisitions, recruiting metrics, internal and external communication, and the overall hiring process.
Employ various methods of sourcing including direct and social media recruiting to further develop, promote and maintain a proactive, efficient recruiting strategy. Build and maintain sourcing resource relationships to include websites, job boards, and third-party recruiters.
Partner with Boldt hiring managers to fully understand talent needs for support of business objectives and to inform strategy development for acquiring the best talent.
Oversee talent acquisition team to ensure appropriate coaching and guidance of hiring managers in all aspects of our hiring process.
Develop and execute enterprise-wide sourcing (including passive candidates) and recruiting strategies that support our desired candidate experience, diversity, employment brand, and business needs.
Proactively develop relationships with top talent and diverse networks to build future talent pipelines based on business needs. Actively participate in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and general networking to build robust candidate pipelines. Identify and build strategic relationships with local, regional, and national diversity organizations, professional associations and community agencies to increase referrals and find opportunities to reinforce Boldt’s employer brand.
Own the Applicant Tracking (ATS) System and evaluate upgrades and improvements for implementation. Work with HR team members to support the ATS and facilitate the recruiting process as it flows into the onboarding process.
Actively recruit for our open roles. Consultatively support our corporate and operations team members by sourcing, recruiting and assisting with the selection of outstanding talent.
Lead and recommend social media efforts to increase Boldt’s social media presence for talent branding.
Develop, maintain and manage our vendor partner and third-party recruiting relationships.
Develop, lead and report on critical recruiting metrics and manage talent acquisition spend and budgets.

Five or more years of relevant full cycle recruiting experience and overall talent acquisition management.
Demonstrated ability establishing rapport with candidates, hiring managers, cross-functional partners, and vendor partners.
A valid driver’s license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Minimum of three years experience managing direct reports in the talent acquisition space. Construction Industry recruitment experience preferred.
In-depth, innovative, and creative sourcing experience with LinkedIn Recruiter Seat and other tools.
Demonstrated track record of success directly engaging and hiring high quality talent at all levels; ability to develop and drive recruiting initiatives based on business need and in keeping with the Boldt Values.
Experience utilizing a talent management system and/or applicant tracking system.
Up to 20% travel to alternate office locations and project sites.
Experience managing and building a passive pipeline.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related area required.
