Responsible for leading, delivering and managing the nursing and associated elements of the health plan
Serve as the operational nurse lead in WCB for the Shell Health Canada team and as an occupational health nurse for the Shell Health Calgary team, supporting both employees and contractors
Work closely with the Health Manager for Canada to determine the health needs of employees and the business in the development of the health plan for the defined population and or line(s) of business/function

Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university
Must hold, or be able to obtain, active licensure with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA)
Strict prioritization of workload and elimination of low value work and delegation of transactional work
Must be a Registered Nurse with specialized training in occupational health nursing, holding a certificate from a Canadian-accredited program
Must have legal authorization to work in Canada on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
Extensive experience of managing occupational health nursing services including people, budgets and contracts with a proven track record of delivering health outcomes
At least 5 years Occupational Health Nursing experience
Strong Sulphur and Lubricants businesses as well as an innovative Supply and Trading business
