Rail Safety Risk Coordinator

A leading infrastructure and construction company providing a diverse range of services.
Coordinate and manage rail safety risk for the SSTOM project, assisting teams.
Ensure that all statutory rail safety risk requirements are complied with.
Facilitate rail safety risk reviews to identify trends, risks and promote communication and awareness of the key risks.
Advise and assist Line Managers and subcontractors in the project Policies and Procedures.
Maintain records and documents in accordance with SSTOM requirements.
Maintain a calendar of Rail Safety Risk assessment workshops for the project, site and rail safety interfaces.
Provide and update rail safety risk inputs to the Project Level 1 risk register.
Establish and maintain strong positive relations with the construction teams to ensure engagement and support the identification and management of risk on the project.
Produce rail safety risk reports as required in a timely manner to support the effective communication of risk status.
Establishing rail safety risk mitigations and monitor their implementation, effectiveness and follow-up.
Maintain productive relationships with the government representatives and other key stakeholders.
Facilitate risk management audits including monitoring of evidence and closing out actions.
Provide expert rail safety risk management advice and assistance to the Rail Safety and Construction Teams
