Financial Controller

Description

• Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor financial health and operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain robust internal control systems to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Oversee cash flow management and optimize working capital
• Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing variance analysis and recommendations
• Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making

Requirements

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with all levels of management
• Excellent financial modeling and analysis capabilities
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and improving financial processes and controls
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and analytical skills
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial controlling, preferably in a multinational environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
