3+ years field management experience or outside sales experience within the elevator industry preferred
Detail oriented with demonstrated ability to deliver upon specific KPIs and service level agreements
Strong leadership skills, goal-orientated, and self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment
Need to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
