- Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues during the project, keeping things moving and minimizing delays
- Reading and interpreting electrical plans, specifications, and single line blueprints
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage teams of electricians, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with NEC, state, and local codes
- Project Coordination: Oversee daily operations, monitor labor hours and ratios, and ensure quality work aligns with project timelines and specs
- Material Management: Track materials, order what's needed, and keep accurate as-builts per project requirements
- Managing sub-foremen and coordinating with other trades
