Tasks

-Manage technical reviews and internal QA processes. -Develop budgets and prepare fee proposals. -Lead civil design, including earthworks, drainage, car parks, roads, pavements, and utilities. -Coordinate design with architects, landscape architects, and engineers at project meetings. -Set department goals and develop actionable implementation plans. -Oversee the UD design and drafting program. -Undertake project management, bid support, and leadership duties. -Enhance engineering application processes.

What You Bring

-15+ years’ experience, preferably in civil design for buildings, urban development, land development, and greenfield or brownfield projects. -Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. -Chartered Engineer status with NER accreditation. -Understanding of greenfield projects, water environments, and water resource management. -Strong technical expertise in civil design with knowledge of relevant guidelines, Australian Standards, and Local Council Planning Schemes. -Experience in QA processes and design reviews. -Proficiency in civil design software such as AutoCAD, 12D, Drains, and Microsoft Project.
