- Setting the standard for the health and safety reporting including monitoring and encouraging positive design interventions. This will include reporting to increase learning and integrate health and safety thinking into design daily activities.
- Performance managing the team on time, cost, quality and health and safety; including agreeing and monitoring targets and provides feedback.
- Ensuring proactive risk and opportunity management approach on all projects.
- Working with the Building Information Modelling (BIM) manager, they will drive and support the use of digital design, common data environments, collaborative planning, clash checking and asset information capture, ensuring compliance with industry standards, Kier policy and meeting Client requirements in line with BIM4Water and the EIR.

- You have a full driving licence
- Input to and managing the project clause 31 and 32 programmes for design, understanding the importance of task planning and short interval control in the context of the wider project planning.
- You ideally hold CSCS accreditation or agree to obtain this during their employment.
