Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules in Primavera P6, including baselines, look-aheads, and recovery schedules.
Support preconstruction efforts by creating preliminary schedules for bids and proposals.
Stay ahead of emerging construction technology and identify opportunities to optimize workflows.
Identify and track critical paths, key milestones, and logic-based sequencing to keep projects on target.
Analyze impacts from delays, scope changes, or modifications and recommend recovery strategies.
Produce clear schedule reports, dashboards, and visuals for internal and external stakeholders.
Lead scheduling meetings and workshops to align teams and drive accountability.
Serve as a technology resource, training and mentoring staff on scheduling tools and workflows.
Partner with project managers, superintendents, and trade partners to ensure schedules reflect field realities.

Confident in teaching, mentoring, and presenting schedule concepts to project teams.
5+ years of scheduling experience.
Field experience in construction and/or working with a general contractor/construction manager is preferred.
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, means, and methods.
Expertise in Primavera P6.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
