We require a degree or relevant qualification in Electrical Engineering and knowledge of British and DNO design standards. A proven track record as a trainee or assistant electrical engineer, or completion of a graduate training programme in the energy/power sector, is essential, as is an understanding of power system functional characteristics and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external parties. Experience in clear documentation, design governance, CDM regulations, MV/HV cable design and protection & control is highly desirable.
