What you would be doing

Initiate tasks and projects with self-motivation.
Determine if a notification is a Utility Relocation request, Liability Determination or Determination of Rights. There might be instances where a different Support Type might be needed; this can come at the direction of the Land Rights Supervisor.
Communicate with Land Rights Supervisor and/or Land Agents, as needed.
Add supporting documentation, provided or available in SAP, to the Salesforce record.
Ensure that the job aids and instructions created for the intake process are being followed.
Ensure Salesforces Records are cratered within 48 hours of receiving the notification/request.
Provide feedback and input to improve the process.
Manage intake whether it be by an email notification or email distribution inbox.
Help create Salesforce Reports and Dashboards.
Add notes in the Comment section in SAP.

This position pays between $80,000-$90,000 annually and is an exempt position.
May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
