- Coordinate with design, planning, HSE, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution of construction phases.
- Manage project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
- Review and approve construction method statements, ITPs, and risk assessments.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and construction staff.
- Oversee contractors’ performance to ensure compliance with project specifications, design intent, safety, and quality standards.
- Lead and manage the overall construction activities for major infrastructure works (roads, bridges, utilities, drainage, tunnels, etc.).
- Conduct regular site inspections and chair weekly progress and coordination meetings.
- Prepare and present regular reports to the Project Director and Client.
- Support in claim evaluations, change management, and risk mitigation activities.
- Ensure compliance with local authority requirements and client specifications.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 15–20 years of experience in construction management, with at least 5 years in the Middle East.
