Lead on the Aspire LMS to ensure training content is up to date and specific to JSCO policy and procedure
Make recommendations to improve the Yardi product utilization for all Yardi platforms
Review completed tickets and reporting to determine and recommend training needs among common ticket submissions
Provide recommendations regarding property and accounting staff training
Help create and maintain macro responses for common help desk tickets
Assist with Yardi-related customer response efforts on Zendesk - primarily to JSCo staff, as well as vendors and other partners
Mentor, train and support team members
Evaluate and test new modules and functionality for implementation and rollout
Coordinate system corrections with Yardi support as needed
Under the direction of the Yardi Systems Manager, support the setup of new properties in Yardi, including the conversion of new and existing properties from other software systems (Yardi (Y2Y), Boston Post/MRI, Onesite, Entrata etc.)
Assist with special projects as assigned by Yardi Systems Manager or Director of Information Systems
Assist in hosting weekly Yardi Q&A training calls
Troubleshoot Yardi application issues
Provide recommendations for supporting the Yardi products (Voyager, Rent Café, Aspire)
Host Go Live training rollout calls for newly converted properties
Under the direction of the Yardi Systems Manager, lead and manage Yardi-related product rollouts (ex. Mobile Maintenance, Rent Café Workflows, Budget & Forecasting, Asset Management etc.)
Provide oversight and maintenance of the Yardi products (Voyager, Rent Café, Aspire)
Host specified training sessions as determined by team. This will include webinars, and may on occasion include in-person training
