Our client, a well-established multidisciplinary engineering firm, is seeking a Senior Roadway Engineer to support transportation infrastructure projects across North Carolina and the surrounding region. This is a great opportunity for an experienced roadway engineer who enjoys leading design efforts, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to impactful public sector projects.

At least 8 years of experience in roadway engineering
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Professional Engineer (PE) license in North Carolina or ability to obtain
Proficiency in design software such as MicroStation, OpenRoads, or similar
Strong knowledge of NCDOT standards and procedures
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
