Service Representative - Western Australia

• Acting as a role model in relation to relevant HS&E requirements and adhere to other internal processes
• Documenting service activities, maintenance reports, repair logs and inventory management
• Providing technical support and specialist advice to Customers
• Identifying new opportunities to expand service offerings that focus on Customer requirements
• Collaborating with other technical team members in the efficient coordination and execution of complex; installations, preventative maintenance, repairs and other ad-hoc tasks
• Completing a variety of field service tasks across the Perth region and nearby locations
• Commissioning, site testing, system / firmware upgrades and ad-hoc troubleshooting

Our Services team provides 24/7 servicing for: hospitals, utilities, data centers and just about everything in-between. Our team is growing and we are currently seeking an experienced Service Representative to be based in Perth where you will play a hands-on role to perform a variety of field service tasks in support of a diverse range of expanding Customer assets.

• Proven ability to collaborate with various teams and work autonomously when required
• Demonstrated commitment to all things HS&E and confident in identifying risks
• Current Drivers License (we supply a Tool of Trade Vehicle!)
• A Grade (Unrestricted) Electrical License
• A technical aptitude and a digital mindset that is engaged in new technologies
• Electricians that work across LV, MV and HV and in multiple specialisations
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and a natural problem-solver / trouble-shooter
• Previous experience in a similar Field Service or Maintenance position
