Undertake detailed electrical engineering building services design and calculations, using Revit and Amtech software to support your knowledge of exemplar building design and performance, as well as an appreciation of a designs embodied carbon.
Mentor more junior team members, potentially leading to an early line management role.
Keeping our Leadership Team informed of important and relevant service/design decisions taken on your Projects with a view to how they align with the Project Scope and Objectives.
Prepare technical specifications and schedules, design development reports and innovative design solutions.
Autonomously represents Buro Happold to clients, architects and collaborators.
Take ownership for external relationships with architects, clients, and contractors, supporting the group in generating new work-streams.
Ensure projects are carried out to an excellent standard, within agreed deadlines and budget.
Hands on design deliverables in electrical design typically in the Aviation, Residential, Commercial and Hospitality sectors and leading a team of Engineers to deliver outcomes.

A broad design knowledge – from Concept to Tender Designing - through working on a wide range of projects using Indian and International codes.
Domain expertise in codes and standards in your field.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
7-12 years of experience as a Lead Electrical Engineer on projects.
A Bachelor’s degree BEng or Master’s degree MEng in Electrical.
A willingness to lead adoption of new analysis packages as required on your projects.
