Driving continuous improvement in plant performance, cost control, and team capability.
Directly managing and coaching Area Operations Managers (AOMs), ensuring clear accountability for plant performance and team development.
Driving innovation and operational improvements in a competitive and evolving market.
Delivering district-level / plant operational budgets, ensuring cost efficiencies across production, maintenance, and distribution.
Providing timely and accurate reports to the Regional Operations Manager, including variance analysis and action plans.
Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction by aligning operational performance with client expectations.

Strategic and analytical thinking skills.
Hands-on experience in operational improvement, cost management, and SHE compliance.
Strong experience in related management roles in significant and complex organisations in the concrete or aggregates or closely related industries.
Well-developed leadership and team building skills.
A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Business Management, or Operations) is highly desirable.
Proven leadership experience managing multi-site operations.
Experience in SAP, Excel, Word, MS Project.
Strong team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
