The Leasing Associate is responsible for coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals. This includes handling all leasing activities for new residents, ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term, and securing lease renewals.
The role requires standing, walking, and occasional climbing, lifting up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance), and the ability to work in all weather conditions. Flexible scheduling is needed, including evening, weekend, and holiday on‑call duties, and occasional travel to support other properties or attend training.
