Provide expert advice and support to both clients and internal teams, helping to address queries and maintain high standards of service.
Assist in developing, managing, and updating project programmes, ensuring that schedules and delivery dates are accurate and reflect any changes.
Maximise productivity through efficient resource programming, reviewing works orders for compliance, and seeking innovative ways to reduce wasted time and costs.
Track progress, prepare periodic reports, and analyse data to support informed decision-making and meet client and contract requirements.
Handle works orders, prepare sites for programming, and carry out any additional duties required by the Senior Planner or wider business.
Coordinate resources, including labour, plant, materials, and supply chain, while ensuring compliance with safety, traffic management, and regulatory standards.
