Provide recommendations to optimize traffic flow and minimize congestion during construction activities.
Identify and mitigate technical risks, design and construction conflicts, and interface issues related to ITS and TCS infrastructure across various projects.
Coordinate with Integrate Transport Centre (ITC), road authorities, project teams and other stakeholders to ensure effective traffic management planning.
Oversee the deployment and integration of ITS and TCS infrastructure across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with the latest authority standards and regulations.
Conduct site inspections and audits to verify proper implementation of approved traffic diversions.
Review and validate ITS and TCS designs, technical specifications and submittals ensuring compliance with project requirements and regulatory standards.
Monitor the implementation and commissioning of ITS and TCS infrastructure, ensuring that it adheres to approved plans, schedule, budget and quality benchmarks.
Review and assess temporary traffic management plans (TTMP) submitted by contractors for multiple project sites.
Ensure traffic detours are safe, efficient and compliant with regulatory requirements minimizing disruptions to road users.
