This role blends technical expertise, problem‑solving, and collaboration within a fast‑paced facilities environment.
The position involves physical activity and work in a variety of conditions, including confined spaces and exposure to noise, temperature extremes, and vibration.
- Travel up to 20 % of the time as needed.
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights and holidays.
- Minimum two years experience repairing material handling equipment and conducting predictive/preventative maintenance.
- Preferred: associate’s degree or higher in mechanical/electrical field, experience with automated conveyor systems, blueprint and schematic reading, and knowledge of electrical/electronic principles.
- Preferred: experience with MHE safety standards, CMMS, robotic or electromechanical operation and maintenance, and basic I/O troubleshooting.
- Physical demands include repetitive bending, crouching, lifting average 20 lb (up to 49 lb), standing/walking on concrete for long shifts, working at heights, and handling bulky equipment in cramped or noisy environments.
