PMO Analyst responsible for delivery lifecycle governance, financial management, internal and regulatory reporting and analytics, assurance / quality control, updating processes and templates in the Environment & Innovation team at Southern Water.
Planning, reporting, control, analytics and identifying trends: financials, risks, issues, changes, dependencies, post project reviews and lessons learnt
Development and maintenance of governance processes and standards, driving adoption
Financial management: tracking, reporting, analytics, purchase order and invoice process, financial systems updates
Regular project, programme, and portfolio reviews
Prioritisation: identifying gaps, conflicts and options and co-ordinating decisions

You will have excellent stakeholder management skills – building relationships with a variety of primarily internal and some external providers at a range of levels.
Excellent attention to detail with an understanding of data and numbers
Experience of project, programme and portfolio reviews, reporting and analytics
Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall advantageous
Excellent demonstrable experience of scoping and delivering PMO services
Have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills – managing a number of deadlines across multiple projects
PMP, Prince 2 or equivalent certification beneficial but not essential
Experience of the full delivery lifecycle and project management tools and technique
