Comply with and respond to all procedures, administrative and operational guidelines, and instructions
Maintain compliance with Alliance and client's standards of operation, Alliance's Business Conduct Policy, and all federal, state, and local regulations. Maintains all records and reports as needed
Ensure overnight janitorial workforce abides by health and safety requirements and regulations
Maintain communication with and respond to the requests of managers and other clients.
Weekly scheduling of the overnight janitorial workforce
Reviews job orders and specifications to understand the material and labor required to complete the project and coordinates the activities of custodial employees to utilize staff, materials, and equipment efficiently
Tours and inspects the facility to ensure total quality management requirements in janitorial and operations
Manages a team of 7-8 supervisors and 100 - 131 union cleaners.
